By accessing this website or installing our mobile application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use DesignEra if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. License of Use
Unless otherwise stated, DesignEra and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on DesignEra. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from DesignEra for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish our pre-ready layout templates on other competing graphic design platforms.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license standalone designs or artwork vectors from DesignEra.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy raw design layouts from our database.
- Extract design materials to build a separate clone catalog application.
2. User Account and Profiles
To access special political banner customization and advanced festival cards, you must create a secure account (Sign Up) using your mobile number and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and are fully responsible for all actions occurring under your account.
DesignEra reserves the right to terminate accounts that are found violating local intellectual property, distributing hate political propaganda banners, or spreading malicious designs.
3. VIP Premium Subscriptions & Digital Wallet
Our app provides specialized elite designs through premium subscription plans and individual template pricing unlocked via a digital wallet system:
- Wallet Loads: Users can securely load money into their digital wallet. Loaded wallet balances are promotional or currency-equivalent to unlock individual templates.
- Recharges & Cashback: Promotional codes (such as cashback bonuses like the SUPER25 code) are subject to active promotional terms. Cashback balances are non-refundable and hold no monetary value outside DesignEra.
- Razorpay Transactions: All financial loading operations are processed through secure end-to-end payment platforms (Razorpay). Users must provide active valid billing credentials.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of graphic designs, templates, and instant access to premium assets, all VIP subscription purchases and digital wallet loads are **non-refundable** once processed. If you encounter technical glitches or transaction failures, please reach out to support@designora.com immediately, and our engineering team will resolve the issue.
5. Custom Assets Uploaded by Users
You are solely responsible for all assets (including profile photos, logos, designations, and contact details) that you crop, upload, or write onto design templates inside our editor tool. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to publish these uploaded assets and that they do not infringe any copyright or third-party trademark rights.
6. Service Limitation & Availability
DesignEra strives to ensure that the template catalog is updated daily with upcoming events, today/tomorrow festival lists, and daily quotes. However, we do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that templates for every single political or cultural event will always be available immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DesignEra, nor any of its developers or officers, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our app or edited banners shared on social media. You agree to hold DesignEra harmless from any claims, disputes, legal charges, or damages resulting from the templates you create and share publicly.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in your country for the resolution of any disputes.
